Dorel Buys Out Iron Horse

 

Dorel, a juvenile products and bicycle company, finalized the purchase of Iron Horse bikes today.  Iron Horse, in the vise of economic strain, was forced to go to auction.  Many companies were interested in making the acquisition and several bids were placed.  In the end, Dorel emerged highest bidder at 5.2 million.
