industry nine road bike wheels recall for potential hub shell cracks at spoke holesFrom their Facebook page: If you own Industry Nine road wheels with steel spokes that was produced/purchased prior to May 2011, please contact Industry Nine about getting your front hub shell replaced. We have had some of these hubshells crack at the spoke holes and have since made a modified hub shell to address the issue. If your hub shell has the roman numeral “II” at the base of the Industry Nine logo (NEW) it is one of the current generation hubshells and does not need to be replaced. If it does not have the “II” (OLD) then it is one of the affected hub shells.

If your wheel has one of the affected hubs, please contact industry nine at 828-210-5113 or service@industrynine.net to arrange for a replacement.
