Answer from Jeff at First Flight Bicycles: “There was a small start up company 8-9 years ago called Moonhead Machine… The parts in the picture take the guts out of a Campagnolo Ergopower road bike shifter and converted them for drop bar use. The clamp mechanism went around the handlebar and worked like some of the Grafton or Magura (or even the current Paul Thumbies mount). The paddle was to replace the one button on the road shifter with a paddle.”
