All-Mountain-Style-Fork-Guards

All Mountain Style has created protectors for the outer legs of your expensive suspension fork to get rid of marks, chips and cable wear that can happen.  Easy to install, the honeycomb PVC is clear to not ruin the stock look of your fork, but keep those rubs and scrapes from making it look bad, or even damaging the fork. The guards weigh in at 16 grams, and are a standard rectangle cut that fits most forks without trimming.

They are designed and made in Barcelona, Spain, from automotive grade materials that will not yellow over time. They can even be repositioned when installing. Available now for €22.90 including worldwide shipping.

It’s a mountain bike. What next, tape so my tyres don’t wear out?

Something for the down tube and chain stay maybe. Not the fork legs. Stop running into stuff.

I’ve been using 3M paint protection film on the carbon fork of my touring bike for two years, its great. I peel it off each winter to put on a fresh layer, and the surface underneath is spotless.

Apparently in Spain they route their front brake housing on the outside of the fork lower. Interesting…

shuttling i have had my forks and other bike parts get trashed, easily can wear a gnarly gash in your fork in a day if a pedal from another bike is rubbing it or something.

a product like this will get shredded in one run for sure. any tape like this will not last a second. you need a rubber tape >3mm thick or something hard like a carbon protector.
