Anyone know if these would fit a Chariot? I’m thinking the axles are probably the same??

$189??? I paid $30 for a couple of Kenda Flame tires (3″ wide) to go on my Chariot trailer.

My point is that you don’t need a new wheelset. You can get fatter tires on existing 20″ rims for $30.

I’m not a fatbike rider, but I actually going fat on a trailer is a great idea. Although they have a little suspension (an inch or two in our Chariot), it’s not much, and because the passengers can’t unweight, it can be a pretty jolting ride if the ground is rocky, plus you risk denting a rim. And on soft ground, with the smaller wheel diameter you need more width for flotation as well. I’ve tried towing a trailer on sand with normal width tyres and it’s like pulling a plough.

Why no 16″+ for the Tail Wagon(dog trailer) ??? when it’s ok for the Nomad and Flat-Bed (same standard wheels 16″x1.75″ I think)
Along gravel roads with some small rocky sections (where to go slowly) 16+ tires in the Tail Wagon would help much /comfort…
