Pedal Pushers Club New Shirts tank (3)

Always one of our favorite ride-inspired casual clothing companies, Pedal Pushers had some new goods to add to their growing range. Classics like the city tees and tongue-in-cheek “Don’t be such a Roadie” t-shirts aren’t going anywhere so if you have a past favorite, many of them are still there. If you’re looking for women’s tank tops or technical tees, there are some new options after the break…

Currently available in 3 different graphics, the Women’s tank is a tri-blend racerback tank top version of their popular shirts. Available in s-xl, the Tanks sell for $21 each.

The first jersey in their new Tech Tee range, you can fly the Drunk Cyclist colors for $38. Cut like a t-shirt but with the technical fabric of a jersey, the Tech Tee offers UPF 50+ protection from the sun along with PURE-tech moisture wicking. Better yet, they’re made in the USA and available in S-XXL.

Indeed, with all this urban apparel, don’t be a roadie is right.

You should be a sidewalkie. Or an indoorie. Or an underwaterie.

What’s with all the hate on roadies, there cyclists too. A big contributing portion at that. How about, don’t be such a hipster…

Yes, we all know the authentic urban cyclist is too good for roads. Have to bunnyhop up onto the sidewalks and run into pedestrians.

I’m a roadie, and a XC guy, and formerly a DHer. I take “don’t be such a roadie” to mean stop displaying the worst attitudes of some roadies we all know. In my experience, the people who are truely strong racers are kind and humble since they know they have nothing to prove. It’s the people who imagine they are better than they really are (results don’t lie) who often have the worst attitude and give roadies a bad name.

Cool t-shirts BTW. I’ve just added two to my Christmas wish list.

Now if we can just right the bad attitudes of cyclists that aren’t roadies, we can make progress.

If you’ve ridden in Brooklyn you wouldn’t have the Brooklyn Bridge in your logo. A+ on the roadie shirt, though, gonna wear it while I drink beer after my Cat 3 pack finishes next year.

Philadelphia = major city
Boston = major city
Brooklyn = Boro of a major city
NYC = the actual city

Blows my mind that people are able to get themselves worked about a cycling t-shirt. Relax, I assure you everyone here rides road bikes. Frankly it just flowed a little better than “don’t be a such pretentious weight weenie” (and as to the hipster allegations, I can also assure you there isn’t a single fixie in the place)

thanks for the post, BR!
