Looking for high quality, good looking frame, saddle and handlebar bags for your next bikepacking adventure or all-day gravel ride? Roswheel and Revelate had a variety of new designs to add more storage to more types of bikes…from road to mountain.

Roswheel is a brand that’s been around longer than I’d realized, a fact that became clear when I saw a well-worn Roswheel saddle bag on a recent group ride. Their collection at Sea Otter was anything but dated, though, with a sharp blue fabric designed to take any trail’s abuse.

The Offroad collection uses a tough 660D TPU/PU-coated material with reinforced Duraflex eyelets and TPU-coated and covered zippers. Many of the bags have an abundance of additional lashing points to secure more gear to the outside, and air release valves help you cram them full without creating a balloon of wasted space. The collection offers everything from bento boxes to multiple sizes of frame bags to saddle bags and handlebar mounts, plus others you can see in various spots on the bike in the top photo.

They also have road, touring and general use collections using other materials and designs. They also make a range of Essentials for commuting, including panniers and related gear.

This small caddy straps to the front of a handlebar roll to put smaller items in easy reach.

They also have this neat multitool whose two halves hold together magnetically, but splits apart so it’s easier to use. If you’ve ever had a mega jumbo tool with all the things and tried to use it in a tight spot, you know how unwieldy it can be. This solves that problem without giving up any of the options. It’s not available yet, but should be by later this year. Check out all the bags at Roswheel.com.

Revelate Designs goes down under, fits around suspension

Revelate Designs is expanding it’s bags to work with more mountain bikes, including those with dropper posts and full suspension.

revelate Hopper small frame bag for full suspension mountain bikes to fit inside the front triangle with suspension

The Hopper is a new mid-frame bag that’s small enough to fit at the front of your front triangle for bikes using a vertical rear shock placement. It’s zipperless, too, relying on a magnetic flap and stretchy opening to keep everything inside, but allow quick, unfettered access while riding.

revelate Joey Down Under downtube frame bag for bikepacking

The Joey Down Under is a roll-top canister bag designed to go under your downtube and is sized to hold camp fuel canisters, 32oz growlers, etc.

The top of it has a dual-density foam pad with grippy surface, allowing it to both cushion the contents and form around whatever shape your downtube is without getting all weird and bunched up.

revelate shrew small saddle bag bikepacking pack

Last up is the Shrew, a smaller saddle bag that mounts high and away from the post, letting you get full seatpost drop…assuming the bottom of the bag won’t hit your rear tire. Also good for non-dropper posts when you just need a bit more storage. All three items start shipping in June, prices are TBD. Check them out at RevelateDesigns.com.

It is from Roswheel. It is on their website, similar to Trek1120 front rack.
