Following their complete Dura-Ace R9200 and Ultegra R8100 crankset additions announced last year and Left side-only Factory Installs in December, now you can send in your own Shimano Dura-Ace cranksets to have a Stages Cycling power meter added to both sides, or just the right (drive) side arm.

The Factory Install service for Dura-Ace cranks adds their strain gauge power meter to either the right or left side for single-sided measurement, or both for dual-sided measurement.

Compared to past editions, the new drive-side design has a strain gauge placement on the top and bottom of the arm, not the back (check our launch coverage for closeup details). The option to do left or right lets riders on a budget choose the side that best fits their frame (some chainstays won’t clear the sensor on the left side, but the driveside is tucked behind the chainrings) or their aesthetic preference.

MSRP is $329.99 for left-side only, $354.99 for right-side only, and $529.99 for dual. All are available now.

Ultegra R8100 power meters remain available only as a left-side install, whether it’s a new arm or a Factory Install. The other options are coming “fairly soon, likely within the next six weeks or so” though, just in time for spring.

Lead time is about 3 weeks
