Attaquer, *pronounced [at-tack-ee], is a cycling apparel company based down under that produces both summer & winter weight jerseys & bibs, jackets, vests and other smaller accessories & soft goods. With more than 15 years of experience with fashion and cycling brands, Stevan Musulin and Greg Hamer started Attaquer in 2012. They wanted to build a brand with what they call Fashion-Forward thinking to create a line-up that was in your face and stood out from the rest.

Attaquer being more known for their compelling and out there limited releases, developed the Core Range to bring Attaquer’s apparel to a larger mainstream cycling audience. The Core Jersey (above) has a body hugging cut, and is made from Swiss made ‘Eschler’ fabrics to help wick sweat from the body & keep your core temperature regulated. It features a hidden zip, custom Attaquer zip pull, and rubberized gripper at the bottom to stop it from riding up. The Core Jersey is contoured for a good fit and offers 50+ high UV protection and perforated front panels for excellent, comfort, breathability and moisture wicking.

Attaquer’s All-Day Bibshort (left) is  made from a softer lycra than the race bibs (right) which is both supportive and durable and uses a multi density two piece chamois. The fabric is treated with a dye that reflects the sun’s rays to keep the fabric cool against the skin. The Race Core Bibshorts are an ultra slim anatomical cut using compression lycra, soft and narrow bib straps, and a quad density chamois with carbon thread.

Attaquer also stocks a fair amount of women’s gear and we were told, like the men’s we will see these coming several colors.

If you really want to stand out, each season Attaquer collaborates with various artists and designers to create some really in your face kits. The above are just a few of what we’ll be seeing soon. I mean why wear high-vis when you can wear WATERMELON!!!

All of Attaquer’s line is available on their online store, but take a special trip over to their “kits section” and prepare to be amazed.

“take a special trip over to their “kits section” and prepare to be amazed.”
