Chasing Trail follows new to Scott athlete Geoff Kabush in episode 10, Exploring North Van’s Trail Kingdom. Kabush is best known for traveling the world and ripping the international XC race circuit on light carbon hardtails and short-travel XC bikes. But closer to his heart are the Pacific Northwest trails where he got his start and trail riding on the US-Canada border is his deal.

Check out more pro-level riding in the Chasing Trails series, and then head past the break for some sweet womens’ pro DH back story and trip in the works to hit all the dirt jumps of Europe…

A perfect first season: In her first year with Trek Factory Racing Downhill team, DH icon and all around excellent British rider Rachel Atherton did something pretty much unimaginable. She finished the first-ever perfect season in the history of World Cup mountain biking. Enter a race. Win a race. Ride. Repeat. We caught up with her early in the season to detail her bike on a muddy track, that (spoiler alert) she won on. “The perfect season” is a short film about possibility, and what was the impossibility of making it through the top series undefeated. Guess Rachel proved some people wrong.

MTB Dirt Jumping Europe Tour 2017 – a 20 episode on-the-road story of jumping all the dirt jumps of Europe. The Dirt Jumping Europe Tour is a crowdfunded project to take a 5-month (1 May – 30 Sept) trip in a van, wandering across all the dirt jumps you can hit on a mountain bike in Europe. The idea is to get out and explore the continent and find the local riders who define their regions riding style and ride each and every set of dirt jumps they can find. They’ll put together 20 articles – one every week, with a riding video, photos, and behind-the-scenes adventure stories. If that sounds like something you are down with throw them some support over at IndieGoGo, then sit back and enjoy the jumps.
