Photo submitted by Pak Chien Chiang, “This picture was taken on the winding roads leading up to Wuling in Taiwan. At 3275m (10745ft), this is the highest paved road in Asia and one of the most scenic rides in this part of the world. It is one of those places where picture and post cards do not do the real thing justice. On a clear and sunny day, one can see the entire mountain range whilst serenaded by the songs of birds in the background.”
