Information security and data retention – Oath has technical, administrative and physical safeguards in place to help protect against unauthorized access, use or disclosure of customer information that we collect or store. AGD will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. If you no longer want AGD to use your information to provide you with the Services, you can close your account and AGD will delete the information it holds about you unless LAGD needs to retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes or to enforce our agreements.

Legitimate Interests

AGD may use your information to provide, improve and customize our Services and the ads and content that we serve to you. AGD is part of a global service and so shares information with affiliates and other companies based outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
