Always one of the more visible brands since their triumphant return, Fat Chance was even more visible this Sea Otter with a new bright red bike. Called the Wicked Fat Chance Enduro, Chris Chance said this was a true aggressive hard tail built around standard 27.5″ wheels and tires – though there will also be a 29″ version which will have clearance for 27.5+.

While the frame screams Fat Chance, there are a few new touches like the top tube to seat tube brace for lower standover.

Running a 1″ longer top tube than the Yo Eddy, the frame has a super slack 65° head tube angle. Taking orders now, pricing is set at $1,799 for the frame with the same color options as the Yo Eddy, and delivery expected in about three months.

The Yo Eddy now has an option for sliding single speed dropouts as well for a true SS build. In other Fat Chance news, Chris told us he recently moved into the workshop of Steve Potts, which makes us think there may be some titanium Fat Chance options in the near future…
