This morning I was on the gravel and ducked into the forest in a couple places that looked like there might be single track. No luck. Finished the ride and met my wife and friends at a mountain-side hotel/pizzaria. A woman nearby asked about my bike. Turns out she’s a longtime rider and invited me to the next group ride so she can show me the local trails. Good day, overall.”
