Among the latest consequences of the coronavirus, the NBA has suspended the 2020 season. The news came after a team member of the Utah Jazz tested positive for the virus. Coincidentally, that news came just hours after Fezzari unveiled their new La Sal Peak City Edition mountain bike. The collaboration between the Utah Jazz and Fezzari features the coloring of the Jazz City Edition uniforms applied to the award-winning La Sal Peak. While the 2020 NBA season is suspended indefinitely, you can still get your hands on this beautiful limited edition bike before it fades away.

For the non-basketball fans among us, the Jazz City Edition jerseys feature a gradient color pattern that draws inspiration from Utah’s famous natural beauty. There’s even lines down the sides of the jersey that represent the roads from Salt Lake City to Southern Utah – the route that many of us take to get to legendary spots like Moab.

Now, that same coloration has been applied to the La Sal Peak frame. It’s the same frame that was good enough for Tyler to pick it for his 2018 Editor’s choice (for the 2019 model) and it features room for 29 x 2.6″ tires, 150mm travel, and progressive geometry even by modern standards.

The La Sal Peak City Edition will be available as a frameset for $2,999 or as one of three complete builds from $7,199 to $8,999.

Those complete bikes all include the Fezzari 23-Point custom set up which helps spec the bike appropriately for your height, weight, and preferred riding position.
