Here’s a handful of the latest road bike and home workout garments that are sure to keep you comfortable whether you’re on the road or a trainer. There are even some designs that’ll make you stand out in/on the peloton…

Velocio Updated Radiator

Velocio designed their Radiator jersey with heat in mind, which may have helped it win the Dirty Kanza. The Radiator has been updated for 2020 with highly breathable and recycled polyester mesh fabric sleeves and back panel. The mesh also provides SPF30 protection. The Radiator also features cooling Delta fabric, reflective details, crew-style collar, 3 rear pockets and a YKK locking zipper. It’s available in men’s and women’s options and retails for $140. Men’s sizes include XS-XXXL. Women’s sizes are XXS-XXL.

Fe226 Cycling Apparel

Their roots may be in triathlon, but Fe226 is now offering apparel for roadies too! The latest includes their DuraRide Merino long and short-sleeved jerseys and complimentary bib shorts.

The Fe226 DuraRide Merion long-sleeved jerseys have a 100% light-weight merino wool, 4 rear pockets (1 zip locked for valuables) and reflective details around the garment. The long-sleeved jersey is available in sizes S-XL and are priced at €180.

The short-sleeved Merino jersey sports the same breathable and adaptable 100% merino build, 4 rear pockets (1 that zips) and reflective details. Sizing is also S-XL and priced at €160.

Rounding off the collection are the DuraRide bib shorts. They have an aerodynamic design and mild compression for reduced muscle fatigue. Key features include an Italian warp-knit fabric, reduced seams and bonded edges on the straps and legs for added comfort, silicone leg grippers and reflective details. Its chamois is held in a similar warp-knit fabric as the legs, multi-density construction and an encased front end for a better fit and privacy. Bibs are available in sizes S-XL and priced at €180.

Fizik 2020 Special Edition Range

Fizik released their 2020 collection that includes kicks, saddles and bar tape, each with complimentary designs. The shoes are their Vento Infinito R1 that features a carbon outsole with air vents, Dynamic Arch support and a Microtex upper with 2 BOA adjustment knobs. The R1’s are sized from 36-48s and retail for €360.

The saddle is their Vento Antares R1 that has carbon rails and a thermoplastic shell with Wingflex technology that offers flex on the edge of the saddle. It weighs in at 160g and retails for €210.

Lastly, the 2020 Edition bar tape is their Vento Microtex Tacky tape. It’s 2mm thick, has a tacky finish and weighs 38.7g per roll. At this time, the bar tape is out of stock but it may be returning to shelves soon.

2XU Home Workout Collection

Vibing off of their years of experience designing for outdoor riding apparel, 2XU is now offering a home workout collection. Perfect timing too since many individuals are remaining locked down. The new offerings include women’s track pants, short sleeve t-shirts, active crop and compression tights. The men’s lineup includes a slew of compression tights, a t-shirt and singlet.

Women’s Line

Starting with tops, the GHST Short Sleeve Tee (left) has a lightweight 96gsm fabric that offers antibacterial and odor protection. Plus, it cools by wicking and drying moisture and reflecting IR rays. The t-shirt is available in sizes XS-XL and is priced at $60. The Active Low Impact Crop (right) is made with a multi-direction stretch fabric, Power Mesh accents for breathability and antibacterial properties. The crop comes in XS-M sizes and is available for $50.

As mentioned their women’s line includes track pants and 2 tights. The track pants (left) have soft anti-cling fabric, tapered legs for an athletic cut and secure zip pockets. Sizes include S and XL and pricing is set at $80. Their High-Rise Compression tight (center) offers additional core support, a wide waistband for a flatter look, and compression for reduced muscle fatigue. Sizes are XS-XL and it’s priced at $110. Lastly, their Fitness Stride Compression tights (right) has a mild compression for all-day comfort, cut for a flatter look and graduated compression to reduce fatigue. Sizes are M-L and price is $95.

Men’s Line

Up top, their Xvent Short Sleeve Tee gets double-knit fabric that claims to offer superior moisture control. Mesh fabric is placed strategically around the shirt to offer breathability. And antibacterial properties prevent bacteria growth and reduce odor. The shirt is sized from S-L and priced at $45. The GHST Singlet is made with a 96gsm fabric, antibacterial properties, UV & IR protection and moisture-wicking materials. The singlet comes in sizes S-XL and priced at $55.

Tights include the Compression Tights (left), Accelerate Compression Tights with storage (center) and the Power Recovery Compression Tights (right). Each has flatlock seams, added support to reduce muscle fatigue and improve recovery and varying PWX 70D panels for added flexibility and power… The compression tights offer Polygiene antibacterial and odor protection and a drawstring waistband. Sizes range from XS-XXXL and it retails for $100. The accelerate compression tights have an elastic 2UX jacquard waistband, a side pocket and added support for the glutes, quads, hamstring and calf. Sizes range from S-XXXL and price is set at $100. Lastly, the power recovery tights get over-foot compression, a moisture-wicking waistband, flatlock seams, Polygiene antibacterial and odor protection and strategically placed PWX fabric for added compression. Sizes include S-XXL and price is set at $140.
