Photo submitted by Gavin Ivester, “Photo taken by me in Jaegersborg Dyrehave in Denmark, somewhere around here. The Dyrehave is 4.2 square miles of beautiful open space and forests, home to 2100 protected deer, and crisscrossed with gravel and horse trails. It’s just north of my house and the first stage of my off-road adventures stretching far further north than this park. This part of Denmark is amazing to me as a former Californian because the trail network just goes on forever, through forests, farmland, and fields. Bike lanes are phenomenal here too— separated from the road in most places, they feel safe.”
