Already dreaming of warmer weather? Or perhaps you live somewhere that’s warm all the time? Whatever the reason, if you’re searching for new warm weather gloves (or thinking about it for next season), Kali Protectives just introduced two new options.

Kali Protectives Mission glove red

For the ultralight & minimalist crowd, Kali offers their Mission. The combination of a 4-way stretch spandex on top with a single layer perforated palm makes for a very light, very breathable glove with excellent feel. For durability, the glove features an inner thumb web gusset and reinforced seams in key areas. All of the palm material is touch screen compatible, and a generous microfiber thumb covering will wipe away sweat, snot, or whatever.

Available in a slip-on fit in Classic Black, Race Red, or Camo Grey, the Mission is offered in XS-XXL sizes for $30. In terms of fit, I’d say that the Mission runs a bit small – I’m comfortably wearing a medium in these gloves which has about the same fit as the Cascade in a small.

Cascade

The Cascade is still a relatively light weight glove, but it gets a more durable ribbed top with spandex knuckle gussets for finger articulation. On this glove, just the thumb and index finger tip are touch screen compatible, with reinforced tips though the palm is still perforated for breathability. Again, you’ll find a microfiber thumb wipe and a slip-on construction.

The Cascade is offered in Classic Black or Camo, and is priced at $40. Available in XS-XXL. As mentioned above, this one fits more true to size in my opinion with a small fitting me well. For reference, my hands measure about 8″ around the palm – which is a different measuring standard than Kali uses on their site.
