Japanese trials bike rider Tomomi Nishikubo figured he could probably match some of the best track & field athletes in the world, so he decided to complete the Pentathlon by bike. We all know what mega international sporting competition is going on in Tokyo right now, right? But no one wants to run afoul of the IOC…
Trials rider Tomomi Nishikubo’s pentathlon by bike
Actually, Tomomi Nishikubo isn’t competing in the Olympics, so we can just come out and say it…
This Red Bull trials rider is insane.
And he probably can’t really compete with the best Olympians on speed & distance anyway…
…mostly because he’s too easily distracted, playing on all the obstacles around the track.
Track & Field Pentathlon, but by bike!
But that doesn’t stop him from showing some crazy style in his own pentathlon – 110m hurdles…
…long jump (with a bit of a ramp & extra flair),
…3000m steeplechase,
…high jump (with or without more ramp & flip action),
…and finally, the 100m sprint.. wheelie edition.
And Tomomi Nishikubo didn’t forget the trials action at the medal ceremony…
