But leave it to Portland, Oregon, the land where rain or shine bicycles of every imaginable sort can rival cars on roads with hundreds of miles of bike lanes, to bring comprehensive accident and liability coverage for cyclists. Portland based Better World Club has teamed up with Gales Creek Insurance Services to add insurance to its $39.95 roadside assistance program for cyclists, available with or without auto roadside assistance. Likewise, Spoke Insurance has been available in eight states since February.
