Campagnolo Euclid or possibly Record OR seatpost. Is the rear knob for an angle adjust?

Can’t remember the brand, but it is a seatpost/ pump. The seat clamp has a QR to remove the saddle when using as a pump.

Its called a SEAT POST. Please post pictures that are actual ‘mysteries.’ This is truly pathetic.

Yep, A Campy Euclid or Centarur (it was an offroad group first) seat post. Post some bullet shifters sometime and lets see how many folks call them early grip shifts. 🙂

Campy’s first mtn bike seatpost. I believe that Chris Chance from Fat City Cycles advised them that all mtn bikes had quick release seatposts. Well, Campy thought that the QR was on the seatpost, not the frame as it should have been.. Guess it was lost in translation….

I retract my guess. It’s a Campy Hookah.

Campy Euclid Seatpost – Campy’s first ill-fated attempt at addressing the mountain bike market. Sadly, the seatpost and pedals were the least laughable parts of the effort.
