Andrew Moore sent in this photo from a recent cycling tour in Italy that he took with his brother and father to celebrate his dad’s 60th birthday. As he puts it, “These are the 3 Italian stallions we built up, in front of the statue next to the sanctuary of the Madonna del Ghisallo (the patron saint of cycling).” Check out another pic that Andrew also included after the break, looking back down to Lake Como to get a sense of the climb that the three came up. We were there back in October testing some new Vittoria wheels and tires as well and can certainly back up Andrew’s statement that “It’s a really incredible ride.”

We always love to see your photos and would like to show them to the world here on the Pic Of The Day. Send in your photo with a brief description here.

Send us your own photo from out on a ride, and we’d be happy to share it. Just tell us where you shot the pic and a bit of the story about the ride and submit it here.

That’s a great climb, I was there last summer on my Brompton!
The cycling museum behind the photographer in the first shot is really worth the visit.
