Rode this trail about 5 years ago. I don’t know what I enjoyed more, the climb or the downhill back.

One of my favorite days ever was riding this with Hulick and Lolly. Beautiful views, great trail, and if you run out of water, you can refill your res in less than a second up top.

The Plains of Abraham/Ape Canyon/Smith Creek loop is a truly awesome XC ride. If you’re in Washington or Oregon, you need to do it at least once.
