Photo submitted by Jim Willis, “Here are my wife and I’s bikes, on the Cedar Creek Trail system in the Lincoln National Forest in Ruidoso, NM. In the background is the Sierra Blanca mountain Peak, which is on the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation. The MTB Trails in Ruidoso are incredible! The city is building trails to attract the MTB community. We have ridden all over the country and these trails are right up there with the best of them. Very well groomed, beautiful views, FREE! There is also downhilling at Ski Apache in the summer with a gondola lift!”

We always love seeing photos from where you are riding and are happy to share them with our readers around the world here on the Pic Of The Day. Send in your pics with a brief description here.

Hey great photo!! I happen to live in Ruidoso, Nm and also work on bicycles for a living!! If you are in the area and get a flat, bend your wheel/spokes, break a chain or something else, or are just in need of a good tune and greasing, please feel free to contact me!! I also live right next to one of the most beautiful parts of Lincoln national forest. So once I’m done with your bicycles, you’ll have immediate access into the national forest! I have spent years working on bikes and actually did a long distance tour myself from central Texas to San Diego,Ca! (1300+ miles) So I definitely know my way around a bike. Feel free to DM me through FB! (Isaac Molchak)
