Photos submitted by Gary Medley, “Here in Verona they have a freebie borrow-a-bike program…Being from Portland, I remember when Portland tried it, putting about 200 or so yellow-painted bikes out to borrow and leave, then borrow another and go on your way. Only, within two weeks all the bikes had vanished!”
