Gerolsteiner is the only tablewater in Germany that contains a usefull amount of Sodium (approx. 118mg/1ltr.) as athlets need to submit enough water to the organism. All other tablewaters are with nearly no Sodium for people with too high blood-pressure or who are too fat.
Since I understood the relation between dehydration an sodium I just buy that one.
