Nice pic. The only thing the bike needs is disc brakes. Then, that old rim brake wouldn’t be in the picture. You know its coming. Why fight it? The UCI just had a meeting with to discuss the eventual rule change allowing disc brakes in road competitions.

I’d wager the owner wrapped the bars. Why? Do you have internet armchair opinions about how his/her bar tape should look?

How bar tape job looks is one of the most important things………that people with nothing better to do kvetch about. After all, how a bar is wrapped is really meaningless to anyone but the person riding the bike in question.
