For what it is worth, you can’t ride to the top of Mt Baker, a 10,781 ft glaciated volcano. The road takes you to a parking area much lower lower down than the summit. The iconic mountain in the background is Mt. Shuksan, roughly 1000 feet lower than Mt. Baker. Bruce Miller, Seattle

DuH. There are very few if any roads that crest at the tippy-top of a mountain, and the majority (if not all) understand this.

3 or 4 of us do an annual Baker and back 200mile yearly 😉
