I think that is Saratoga gap at the top of 9. Great, scenic ride.

@rinconryder That is correct. After crossing Hwy. 35, this is the scene one comes upon, with the grand Pacific out in the distance (which can easily be ridden to from this spot after poaching some sweet Portola Redwoods State Park trails).

Great Pic. There is also another skyline ridge in the Oakland Hills that can connect you to Chabot Park. @Watchtower … you need to get out of the midwest, I finally did and could not be happier.
