Like the original Switch the Big Switch has a non-ratcheting handle that can be used as an L-wrench or T-wrench with the hex opening at either end. Now the tool includes T25 and T30 torx bits, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8mm allen bits, a flathead screwdriver, chain tool, disc pad spreader, 0,1, and 2 spoke wrenches, and a valve core tool.

It all packs into its own sleeve which has extra room for dollars, Pesos, Euros, or whatever else you want to stash inside. Available in September, the whole kit weighs in at 134g and sells for $29.99.

If you’re looking for a more traditional multi-tool, the new Tradesman packs 18 functions into one small package. The Tradesman includes a T25, T30, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm allens, disc brake pad spreader, flathead screwdriver, quick link holder, and a chain tool compatible with 12 speed and under. Coming in at 136g, the tool sells for $29.99.

To fix your tubeless tires, Blackburn has a new Plugger tubeless tire repair kit. The kit includes a mounting strap so you can keep it within reach for quick access so you don’t lose all your air before you can get it sealed, and the handle stores 10 plugs. The tool itself weighs 27g, while the whole kit comes in at a respectable 47g and will sell for $19.99 this October.

Once you’ve repaired that tire, you may need to check the pressure – which is where Blackburn’s new Honest Digital Pressure Gauge comes in. Accurate within 1% of pressure, the device will measure from 1-150 psi, has a swivel/dual head, and a backlit display for $24.99.

If that gauge is in fact accurate to +/-1% of displayed reading, rather than 1% of full-scale (i.e. +/- 1.5 psi), then this is a big deal, particularly at that price. Can you confirm with them?

I agree it would be a big deal and it would be nice for someone to answer.

However…if it seems to good…

you’ve already answered. $25 gauges aren’t that accurate.

I would choose a phillips screwdriver bit instead of 2,5mm allen…

Also: Will that tire gauge continue to work after being used on tires that run sealant?

It would likely shorten its life considerably if it got sealant in it. As an aside this is from Vista Outdoors, something to consider.

The Plugger is a nice tubeless plug tool. The ID of the insertion tool is large enough to load two plugs twisted together for larger holes. The tube design is also lots easier to use than the fork type plug tool.

The plug packaging (two sheets of thin plastic sandwiching the plugs) is annoying cause after it has sat in the sun numerous days on bike racks, etc. they get very well stuck to the plastic. But a number of plug kits share the same plug packaging design.
