Cane Creek is making swapping out that old gravel fork easier for something fresh, light, and purpose-built. Their new Flip Your Fork program is a trade-in deal that lets riders offload their current gravel fork in exchange for a $250 credit toward a brand-new Invert. But there’s a catch—only the first 250 riders in the U.S. and Canada get in on the action.

What’s the Big Deal About the Invert?

Cane Creek shook up the gravel scene a year ago when they introduced the Invert, calling it the ‘World’s First Gravel Fork’—a bold claim that raised more than a few eyebrows. But here’s why they (and our review here) stand by it.

  • Smooth & Controlled Ride – Designed to soak up chatter and keep things stable on loose terrain, the Invert makes gravel riding more comfortable and fun. Plus, it’s adjustable for different rider weights.
  • Lightest in Class – Cane Creek says the Invert is the lightest adjustable suspension fork on the market, meaning you get compliance without the weight penalty.
  • Blends Right In – No awkward MTB-derived shapes here. The Invert was made to look right at home on a drop-bar bike.
  • Set It & Forget It – No complex setup, no suspension wizardry required. With double the service interval of a standard MTB fork, the Invert is built for more miles and less maintenance.

Cane Creek acknowledges that other suspension forks exist for gravel, but they argue that none check all four boxes at once. Skeptics have questioned this claim, but Cane Creek stands firm—the Invert is the first to nail all these factors truly.

How to Flip Your Fork (U.S. & Canada Only)

  • Buy an Invert. Start by purchasing an Invert fork and completing a simple online trade-in form. Cane Creek will send you a prepaid return label for your old fork. Bonus: This also opens up direct customer support if you have questions.
  • Swap Your Fork. Once your Invert arrives, remove the old fork from your bike and pack it in the same box.
  • Ship It Back. Drop the box at any UPS location and send it to Cane Creek. Your old fork will be recycled, repurposed for art, or donated to a community co-op.
  • Get Paid. Once Cane Creek receives your fork, they’ll refund $250 to the card you used for the Invert purchase.

Would you prefer to go through your local bike shop? No problem—Cane Creek is also working with dealers to make Flip Your Fork available in-store.

Is Your Bike Compatible?

Before you pull the trigger, Cane Creek has a handy infographic to help you check compatibility. Make sure your setup plays nice with the Invert before you order!

As we said, ONLY 250 riders will get in on the trade-in deal. If you’re ready to upgrade your gravel game, go to CaneCreek.com or swing by your local Cane Creek dealer before spots run out!

Novel idea. Wonder if I can return my Invert and repurchase it 😛

(Kidding, it is a fantastic fork and makes me want to ride my gravel bike more)
