A limited release of 150 CHPT3 Biarritz cycling kits for women launched April 4. It’s the first kit from the Italian company designed by an entirely female team.

CHPT3 says that the three-piece capsule combines classic style with modern advancements in technical apparel and sustainability.

Form and function is the name of the game, and the female-driven design team baked its interpretation of female athleticism and strength into the Biarritz getup. Traditionally “feminine” style and materials were dismissed in favor of bolder patterns and high-performing construction.

Paneled construction provides the base layer, jersey, and cycling shorts with an ergonomic fit, shape retention, silicone grips at the hems, and non-restrictive compression throughout.

SPF 50 UV protection, antibacterial/anti-odor treatment ensure longevity.

Breathable, moisture-wicking ECONYL “regenerated” nylon, women’s specific Peloton HCS Super Air interface pad, and reflective elements offer the rider comfort and security while on the bike.

  • Jersey – $209 MSRP
  • 9″ Shorts – $239 MSRP
  • Baselayer – $69 MSRP

headliner outfit is pretty awful, reminds me of the horrible Castorama team kits from the early 90s. But I’m not the target audience, maybe women will like it.

The actual web page photo shoot is simply questionnable. Unhealthy.
