Giro X Cinelli Collaboration

Cinelli has joined up with Giro Sport Design to bring the new Giro Wind Guard Hoodie x Cinelli. The Wind Guard Hoodie is cut in a close to body fit, with wind resistant panels and reflective logos that can be worn as an outer layer or under a shell. Selling for $160 at the Cinelli Winged Store, it is made in sizes S-XXL, and only available in black. Combining Giro’s quality construction with Cinelli style should make for a functional piece that can also look good off the bike.

Cinelli is seemingly firing on all cylinders right now, with new hats and a team video, check them out..

Nepo and Alfred Bobe Jr X CinelliAlfred Bobe Jr. is a team rider for Cinelli, and they teamed him up with Nepo, Puerto Rican artist to bring some of the Caribbean to their Rider Collection cap series. The new creation is called TROPICALPUS, and features Nepo’s grafitti and tattoo influenced artwork. One size fits all, and its currently available from Cinelli’s online store, www.wingedstore.com for $18.79.

The Cinelli/Chrome team of 7 riders has been chasing their dream around the world this year, and are showing off a trailer to their latest production. They recommend enjoying this video at full volume!

Well, let’s see, a stealth black riding jacket so the cars won’t see you and a cap so garish you won’t want anyone to see you and a bunch of Urban hipsters. Good show.

Nobody complains about not being able to see a black car. If you are riding in the daytime all vehicles should be alert to an object in the roadway. Catering to the inattentive drivers with bright colors is not helping to fix the problem.

@Dave – ever heard of bicycle lights?

@ Dave B: It does have reflective bits and I don’t think it’s intended to be an on-the-bike-only piece anyway. Or just put some lights on, since, you know, that’s the law when riding at night.

@DaveB Do you walk into maternity clothing shops and go “ugh, this stuff is all for pregnant ladies”? You’ve got a superiority complex when it comes to urban hipsters – how do you feel about comment section whiners?
