  • ‘Hit the Trail’ with Niner’s spring sale and save a bunch – There’s not much that gets us more psyched to ride than #NewBikeDay. Niner will get you on a new trail bike with more cash in your pocket in their current ‘Hit the Trail’ sale. Roll in to your local Niner dealer and you’ll get to knock $500-800 off the newest redesigned RIP 9 RDO or JET 9 RDO. Then take your extra cash and new bike and seek out some trails to shred on the big wheel bikes. NinerBikes.com

  • Nightrider London is back this weekend supporting Cystic Fibrosis Trust & CYCL – The annual Nightrider London is back this Saturday and is a great way to get out and explore the city’s sights. It’s also a one-day-only charity ride that increases the visibility of cyclists in the city as they raise money to fight Cystic Fibrosis. And start-up light maker Cycl are giving away their innovative WingLights to all riders. Check out details on the rider at: CysticFibrosis.org.uk and the bar end mounted lights themselves at: Cycl.bike

Gear & Tech

  • Abbey x SRAM suspension tools now shipping – As a quick update to the story we ran on the Abbey Bike Tools collaboration with RockShox last month at Sea Otter, the new line of high-end suspension service tools are available to buy now. Each tool is designed by Abbey to work perfectly with RockShox products, with a level of precision & balanced that promises to make suspension service run a  bit more smoothly. While not exactly cheap, they make a cost-effective alternative for pro mechanics, and might be just the motivation gear-nerds need to get your fork in shape. SRAMnation.com

  • Daymak launches special edition EC1 wireless charging e-bike – Canadian company Daymak has just had its first wireless charging tech success with their new EC1 Special Edition e-bike. They’ve started with a demo unit at their HQ in Toronto, using their own inductive solar panel charging station. Now when the EC1 SE is placed into one of the new charging stations, simply lock the bike like normal, and it will automatically charge. The Daymak EC1 SE will be available for $3000, or $2900 without wireless charging capabilities and will launch officially in July 2017.
