- Rapha Explore has nothing on a packable Fürst Tatsu down beanie – Bikepacking is all the craze these days, and cycling companies are jumping to get you outfitted for adventure. But sometimes it’s just an outdoor upstart like Fürst that has the simple little ideas. Their new Tatsu beanie is a 800 fill down jacket for your head. It weighs just 29g, packs down to about the size of a golf ball, and will keep your head toasty for under $40 for early birds. Check it out via Kickstarter for another few days, with deliveries expected to start later this month.
- Buy a set of Enve G Series wheel for a shot at a Dirty Kanza entry – The DK200 sells out fast, which means if you aren’t already registered, you aren’t competing this year, unless… Since Enve is a wheel sponsor for the race, they were given 10 entries to give away. And so they are rewarding cyclists who buy one of their gravel wheels this month. “Anyone who purchases a G23 or G27 wheelset during the month of February will be entered to win a highly coveted entry into the most prestigious gravel event on the planet.” You just need to buy, then register your wheels by March 1 to be eligible. Plus of course since this is a legal sweepstakes, it’s also no purchase necessary, so read the fine print and see that you can just fill in an entry form for a shot as well. Enve.com
