Every time I walked into the Surly booth, I never saw this bike, but I did see it in picture form on a laptop that was always running in the booth. The photo above was gleaned from the internets and clearly shows some skinwall (gumwall?) Nate fatbike tires (anyone remember the skinwall Endos?) mounted to some pretty rad, polished rims – can’t tell if they’re rolling Darryls or Marge lites. The color, and the build are indicative of the FB Special Ops Pugsley LTD, which from checking various Surly dealers Facebook walls, apparently only 300 will be made. Judging by the picture we saw, this should be here sometime around Dec. 2013.
Surly also had an awesome one off, John Deere inspired Moonlander – check it after the break.
New Pugsley and Moonlander colors?
