Fresh for fall, Gazelle just launched three new e-bike models in the North American market. All three bring a comfort-oriented approach with user-friendly designs aimed at making everyday riding and commuting easier than ever. The standout of the three is the new Easyflow C7, an inclusive and accessibility-focused design intended to “bring confidence back to cycling with pedal-forward stability, an ultra-low step-through frame, and intuitive controls.” Additionally, the refreshed Arroyo C380 and Arroyo C5 models carry on Gazelle’s signature Dutch style and ride comfort with sleek designs, the Bosch Smart System, low-maintenance drivetrains, and premium features.
“This new lineup is all about giving riders more of what matters—comfort, confidence, and choice,” said Mark Danhof, General Manager of Gazelle North America. “The Arroyo and Easyflow lines embody Gazelle’s comfort-oriented philosophy, with their unique frame geometries promoting an upright riding posture. This design reduces strain on the wrists and back while also improving visibility and safety, so you can truly enjoy the ride.”
Let’s dig into the details and specs of Gazelle’s new and updated e-bikes.
Gazelle Easyflow C7: $3,999 USD / $4,999 CAD

Gazelle refers to the Easyflow C7 as a “radically inclusive ride” with a unique design that’s intended to be more accessible and confidence-inspiring for more riders. With 24-inch wheels, a low step-over height, very upright geometry, and a pedal-forward design, it allows riders to easily mount and dismount the bike and place both feet flat on the ground when stopped.
According to Gazelle, the goal with the Easyflow’s design was to “provide extra confidence for new, petite, or older riders looking to extend their cycling lifetime.” Additionally, the long wheelbase should deliver a smooth, stable ride, the Shimano EP5 mid-drive motor provides pedal assistance up to 20 mph (Class 1), and powerful hydraulic disc brakes help keep you in control. The Easyflow also comes with integrated lights, front and rear fenders, a cargo rack, an integrated bike lock, and a handy rear-view mirror.

- Battery: Shimano 504Wh for long-range assist
- Display: Shimano SC-EN500 with an intuitive interface
- Comfort Features: Gazelle’s patented Switch stem for adjustable handlebar height and angle, integrated side mirror for added visibility

Gazelle Arroyo C5 Elite and Arroyo C380

Gazelle brings back its Arroyo family with two updated models for riders seeking comfort, control, performance, and, most importantly, style. With step-through frames, upright geometry, excellent drive system integration, sleek looks, and bigger wheels, the new Arroyo models aim to make your everyday rides and commutes easier and more comfortable than ever.
The Arroyo C5 Elite and C380 are essentially the same bikes with different trim levels. Both come with suspension forks, suspension seatposts, fenders, integrated lights, and larger 540 Wh batteries. Both models also include Bosch Performance Line mid-drive motors with up to 75 Nm of torque for pedal assistance up to 20 mph (Class 1). The primary difference is the drivetrain setups, with the Enviolo 380 CVT system on the C380 commanding a higher price. That said, both models come with clean, quiet, and low-maintenance drive belts instead of chains.
