The Hiplok DXF U-Lock is a maximum security bike lock with a frame-mounted lock holder. The DX Lock has been around for a while now, initially launched with the Clip & Ride system that allows the rider to conveniently stow the lock on their belt loop. Now, the DXF U-Lock can be securely mounted to any bike frame via bottle cage bottle bosses.

Hiplok DXF U-Lock

The unique frame bracket design of the Hiplok DXF U-Lock allows fast for locking and loading. Not only that, but with a super secure connection to the frame via bottle cage bosses, the lock won’t rattle around while you’re riding.

The Hiplok DX U-Lock itself is a Gold-rated sold-secure bicycle lock, thanks to its 14mm hardened steel shackle. That’s important as many insurance companies demand the use of Gold-rated locks if you want your bike to be properly insured. It is one of the lightest U-locks on the market to get such a high security rating, weighing a claimed 1098g.

The DX U-Lock has a locking area of 15cm x 8.5cm and its double dead lock mechanism comes with 3 coded replacement keys.
