It's hard to know what to look at: the scenery or the bike.

Following this week’s BMC launch, I was able to make my way over to the massive Portes du Soleil area, which bridges the Swiss-French border.  While there, I ran into Scott’s Ben Walker, who was headed out for an afternoon of trail work on the 2013 Gambler DH bike.  “Leaked” in March and seen earlier at Sea Otter, the ’13 Gambler frame is looking awfully complete at this point.

As a product manager for Scott, Ben is ‘always checking different things out’- so read what you will into the mixed spec…  More photos are just over the lip…

The single pivot design uses a linkage to drive the Fox rear shock.
Could that be an e*thirteen (Hive/Chub) rear wheel?
Red-anodized hardware is used on adjustment points.

I liked the all black version better. This yellow makes my eyes sore.

the yellow looks better on the gambler than the current foil…
