INTERBIKE 2009 – We were able to get a quick look at a few of Bontrager’s new mountain bike stems. The new Race Lite XXX Carbon stem for 2010 and will be available in black (above) and white. The 2010 Trek Top Fuel mountain bike comes speced with the new stem. The stem is also approved for road use. We don’t have weights or other specs for the 2010 components just yet.
Also new is the Rhythm stem. Like the Rhythm seat post, the stem aims to be “XC light, Big hit strong”. Check out the pics below…
The Rhythm stem has a squared design and extra large bar clamp for added strength and stiffness.
