Given how well Smith’s Pivlock V90 glasses work for me, it was good to see them updated with a few tweaks and a fresh look for 2012. The new, more angular lens shape and more interesting arms make for an altogether different look while maintaining the light weight and unrestricted vision that makes them so nice to wear. The adjustable nose piece is a welcome addition, even if it does prevent swapping between new and old models. Click through for more pictures, pricing, and availability…

The Pivlock V2 and larger V2 Max will be shipping as soon as November. They’ll run $160 and come with Smith’s usual three lenses and lifetime warranty.

…updated with Tyler’s adjustable nosepiece shot from last week…
