Kinfolk – Nike “Tied Together” Relay Race Bike Doc (Nike Stadium Version) from frantic studio on Vimeo.
Some more Tied Together ish here, this time in the form an impressionistic video from Kinfolk, the Japanese-American brand that makes beautiful steel track bikes.
Nike commissioned Kinfolk to make a bike to publicise the Tied Together charity work fighting the spread of AIDS in Africa. The bike was raced in New York by the one-man-urban-rocket Sino, and is currently on show at the Nike Stadium, Tokyo, alongside photos from NYC’s Rip Zinger and a graffiti installation by Titi Freak of Brazil.
Later this month it will be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to Tied Together.
