King Cage Titanium Cargo Cage

Since 1991 King Cage has been giving us a US made (and sourced) way to carry bottles via Titanium.  In 1996, steel was added to the product line.  And this year we not only get some updates, but, also a new product.

The existing King Cage Behold bag paired with their Cargo cage is a good alternative to a seat bag.  New this year is the titanium version, and cost (with a standard bag) runs $90.  A fully waterproof bag option can be had as well, and should run around $100.  All bags use materials sourced in the USA, and are constructed stateside as well.

More fun with bent tubes after the jump.

King Cage Toe Clips

New for this year is the King Cage steel toe cages.  They come in four sizes, look classy, and run $50 without straps.

King Cage Mud Flask

Also on display was a “just for fun” project, the Mud Flask.  This super large flask is jokingly set up as a fender by mounting the holder to the rear of your saddle rails.  Bonus:  It can carry enough Bourbon for the group to end a ride on.  Now who’s packing the shot glasses in their jersey?  Only a few were made and sold at the show, and no plans are in place to make this a regular product unless demand is show.  So…show some demand.  But always ride responsibly.  Save the hard stuff for post ride.

Definitely interested in the bag/cage combo. Love the look of a bike without a saddle bag, and don’t care for putting it on my back. That’s a great concept that doesn’t sacrifice a water bottle in the process!

What would be best is a bottle/cargo combo as pictured above that’s also compatible with a flask.

2 h20 bottles + 1 flask = ready to roll!
