Muc-Off are now offering their wet weather bike chain lube as an aerosol. This will be a good option for riders who simply don’t have the time or patience to drip lube onto every single link one by one, the recommended way to re-lube a chain. Just simply spray it on. Here’s the deal.

Muc-Off Wet Lube Aerosol

Muc-Off Wet Weather Lube is their durable, long distance bike chain lubricant that’s formulated with harsh and muddy conditions in mind. Now, this biodegradable lube is available in an aerosol version, so you can re-lube your chain faster. And, it’s cheaper than the drip-on version at £9.99 for 400ml, versus £8.99 for 120ml.

The spray-on wet lube is said to penetrate deep into your chain links forming an even and long-lasting lubricating film to reduce metal-on-metal wear. It also offers protection against corrosion. Anti-wear and extreme pressure additives help keep shifting smooth.

Muc-Off also recommend it for use on derailleurs, cables and shifters.

Pricing & Availability

Priced at £9.99, the Muc-Off Aerosol Wet Lube is available now from the Muc-Off global dealer network and direct from their website.

Aerosol chain lubes are awful for bike and should never be used. your spraying lube all over brake track/rotors/tires/etc . even in the picture you can overspray all over the place. im sure the lube is fine but the method of application is stupid
