A pair of French mountain bikers -pro enduro & freeride rider Killian Bron and Maxime Peythieu- came up on this old mine a few years back and at the time left it at that. Then just recently on a dreary rainy day they dragged their friend Olivier Cuvet out to complete the group. With the trails too wet and nasty to ride, they headed back into the mine by bike. A handful of powerful headlights, a GoPro and no sense of impending doom, and the trio dropped into the mine and descended more than 100m into the underground galleries.
