Land Shark Bicycles are made by an “army of one.” John Slawta has been building every Land Shark bike himself since the early 1980’s. He even built a frame for Andy Hampsten, who then proceeded to win the Giro d’Italia on his Land Shark.
John Slawta is not only the builder, he is also the painter. His paint work is so unique that each bike is like a small art show on wheels. Click ‘more’ to see some examples of John’s handy work.

The steel Land Shark Road Shark bike.
The paint detail is outstanding on this frame.
Mr. Slawta makes any type of frame you want, including tandem road bikes like this one.
As with all Land Shark bicycles, the paint work on this tandem is supreme.
