PRO Bike Gear have today added a host of entry-level mountain bike componentry, meant to be budget-friendly. We have the PRO Koryak carbon and alloy eMTB handlebars, internal and external PRO LT Level Dropper seatposts, and a new PRO Stealth Off-road Sport Saddle for gravel and MTB, with an ergonomic cut-out design for pressure relief on those ultra sensitive areas. Here’s a brief overview of the new PRO bits, plus pricing.
PRO Koryak eMTB Handlebars
The new PRO Koryak E-Performance carbon and alloy handlebars feature strategically located ports which make it possible to to run internal cable routing for the Shimano STEPS motor, or alternative control and head units, for a neat and cable free cockpit. Both get the stiffest 35mm diameter clamping area, a 20mm rise, 11° backsweep and 4° upsweep. They ship at 800mm wide, but get handy cut marks at each end to help riders cut them down to the correct width for them. The carbon bar weighs a claimed 245g while the alloy version is a little heavier at 285g.
PRO LT Level Dropper Seat Posts
Joining PRO’s higher-end Tharsis and Koryak dropper seatposts is the new, more affordable LT range with both internal and external cable routing options available. Both are available in 30.9 mm and 31.6 mm options, with a 150mm drop only.
PRO Stealth Off-road Sport Saddle
Designed for gravel riders and mountain bikers, this short nose, anatomically cut design should offer a bit of perineal pressure relief for extra comfort on longer rides. The saddle is said to allow for an aggressive, forward position on the saddle that is easy on the sit bones thanks to a wide nose and an off-road specific PU padding. This Sport edition is the more affordable version of the popular PRO Stealth Off-road saddle, featuring Chrome-Moly rails and PU padding, rather than stainless-steel rails and a lightweight EVA padding.
