Prologo is expanding its high-performance saddle lineup with the introduction of CPC (Connect Power Control) versions of the Nago R4 and all-new Dimension R2. The move brings Prologo’s patented CPC grip and vibration-damping technology to a broader range of ergonomics. This update is aimed squarely at performance-oriented riders who favor stability, comfort, and efficiency in aggressive riding positions. With these additions, Prologo now offers CPC saddles in round, semi-round, and flat profiles.

What Does CPC Technology Do?
CPC means “Connect Power Control” and is Prologo’s signature 3D conical polymer surface. They developed it specifically to improve the grip between rider and saddle. The raised polymer cones reduce unwanted movement in all weather conditions while also absorbing vibrations and feedback from the road.

According to Prologo, CPC’s nanostructure also promotes airflow across the saddle surface. They claim this small amount of airflow helps reduce heat buildup and lower muscle fatigue during long or high-intensity efforts. It’s a stretch, but if you’re looking for maximum performance, anything that could help is beneficial.

Nago R4 CPC: Refined and Race-ready
The Nago R4 CPC builds on Prologo’s long-standing semi-round, T-shaped platform, now enhanced with CPC coverage. Measuring 245 × 137mm, it’s offered in two configurations:
- PAS version with a central cut-out designed to reduce pressure peaks in the perineal area
- Closed version featuring Prologo’s Active Base system, which increases the support surface and improves pressure distribution

Despite the added surface texture, the weight remains impressively low. The Nago R4 CPC starts at 159 grams for the PAS version with Nack carbon rails.

Dimension R2 CPC: Flat, Fast, and Aggressive
New to the lineup is the Dimension R2 CPC. This model targets riders who prefer a flat saddle profile and a locked-in, forward position. Featuring V-shape ergonomics, a widened nose, and an advanced anatomical center with a PAS cut-out. The Dimension R2 CPC is more comfort-focused, but is still all business.

At 245 × 143mm, the Dimension R2 CPC balances stability and performance. It looks to be well-suited to riders who like a solid perch to push big watts and spend long periods seated.
Options, Weights, and Pricing
All new CPC saddles are available with either Nack nano-carbon rails or Tirox steel alloy rails, offering a choice between maximum weight savings and durability.
- Nack rail versions: €269
- Tirox rail versions: €169
Color options for the Nago R4 CPC are black or white, and for the Dimension R2 CPC, white or anthracite. Claimed weights range from 159g to just over 200g, depending on model and rail choice
