Until now, Restrap had just two handlebar bag options; a 14L Bar Bag and a 1.5L Canister Bag. The all-new Restrap Bar Pack fills the void between those two sizes with a 10L capacity, and it is handmade in Yorkshire, England. They brand describe it as an all-rounder, just as suitable for long gravel excursions as it is for popping to the shops.
Restrap Bar Pack
The Restrap Bar Pack is handmade in Yorkshire from 100% waterproof textured nylon, with a nylon lining. Two waterproof roll top compartments provide a 10L storage capacity, inside a shell that holds its shape thanks to the presence of an internal stiffener and a hard-shell back.
A hypalon roll-top closure secures the front compartment, also functioning as a mounting slot for a clip-on front light or additional strapping. A mini D-lock holster sits between the two compartments, with the front compartment closure doubling as a securing strap for a lock.
The Restrap Bar Pack attaches to the handlebar via foam spacers and spring-loaded cam locks. A Molle adjustable headtube retention system secures it further. The contents of the Bar Pack aren’t accessible on the go. However, you can stuff some items underneath an elasticated draw-cord that sits at the top within arms reach.
