For the world’s fastest racers. Troy Lee Design’s manta is certainly to the point, but in the case of the Sea Otter DH with Aaron Gwinn, usually true. One thing TLD always has up their sleeve is a range of new colors and styles to keep things fresh, and 2013 is no different. From Sam Hill’s signature D3 helmet above, to the new SE Pro gear, and new colors of the A1 All Mountain Helmet, TLD has the kit to prove that you’re fast.

New for 2013 is the SE Pro jersey and bike pants built for getting rad and going fast. Or at least looking fast. Offered in a variety of colors including the sweet purple option that Hill, Fairclough, and Jackson were seen sporting at the SOC DH.
If Enduro is more your thing, and you happen to like super bright colors, TLD has a new color option on the Ruckus Short and 3/4 sleeved jersey as well as a super neon version of what looks to be the SE Pro Glove.
Just announced in January, TLD is already offering two new colorways of the A1 All Mountain lid. Matte black, and Bass Boat silver will be added to the gloss black and sparkly gold already available. Flat black will be available in May for $165, along with the new clothes. The Silver won’t be ready until June and will bump the price to $185.
I tried one on at the show and thanks to the ample padding and fat retention system, it was quite comfortable. I must say I’m digging the new colors a bit more as well.
Stikman sent us over these rad photos he took of the Sea Otter downhill with TLD sponsored athletes making it look good (like Gwin here, who won on a 29er). Dude to the right is now internet famous. For his nipple.
Thanks to Craig for the photos, enjoy.
